Being able to pick something else would let your summoner do something usefule after the summons are out as every level up will go to Summoning until level ten. Making a Summoner is especially hampered as it has a bad pick at level one with Leadership which you can't get rid of until you get to the boat. Lohse's companion quest is my favourite and I liked her personality a lot, romance is also good. ago I tried all of them, and I have to say that fane is a must have because he connect a lot to the main story line. Some presets are fine for certain builds such as going with Ifan for a melee build like Deathknight or Juggernaut as he'll start with Warfare and Geomancy with Strength, Constitution and Opportunist. 6 comments Best Add a Comment JFKKobain 3 yr. The worst offender being intentially skipping a few experience points on the boat so that I can get to Fane before level two and get him one level of thivery so that he can pick locks (I dislike ShadowBlade as it's talent is 'Guerilla' which doesn't work with skills) It let me fix things like strength on a battlemage, getting the proper distribution of civil skills and talent selection.

I only recently got the game and the only mod I'd been using in classic was the Act One re-spec mirror one so that I could fix the first few levelups for the companions before I got to them. Is there a way to be able to select what your companions skills are at start or at least on levelups prior to being in your party? Once you finish Act One you get the mirror on the boat which lets you change everything so it just makes the start harder than it needs to be.
